Keith Bennett's Karate Academy was established in 1990 and is certified through the United States Soo Bahk Do® Federation, Inc. under the auspices of Grandmaster H. C. Hwang. We are a Traditional Martial Arts system that works to improve the body and the mind.  Through our program you will learn self defense, better concentration, self discipline and improved self confidence. 

Keith Bennett's Soo Bahk Do® Karate School has been a leader in the teaching of martial arts in our community for over 17 years. Our school actively participates in our community through civic involvement and fund raisers for local charities. Being a martial artist is more then just learning to defend yourself, it is also about helping yourself and others to be better people.
